Where are you located?
I offer sessions both in person and online, depending on what feels most supportive for you.
In-person sessions currently take place at my home-based practice in Toronto, Canada (Liberty Village). It's a place I’ve created with care to feel safe, grounded, and free of judgment, which I lovingly share with you.
Once your booking is confirmed, you’ll receive all the details you need to find the space with ease.
If you’re coming from further out, there are nearby places to stay. The space is:
• A 13-minute walk from Exhibition GO
• A short walk from the Strachan Ave @ East Liberty bus stop
Driving? There’s an underground parking garage right beside the building. You'll be able to pay using the QR code at your parking bay.
How do I book a session?

If you're new to this work and want to see if it’s a good fit, I also offer a free 15-minute consultation. There's no pressure, just a chance to connect, ask questions, and feel into it together.
How does it work?
Every journey is unique, so your sessions are too. I don’t follow a rigid protocol, instead, we start with a conversation about your needs, intentions, and what’s showing up in your physical, emotional, mental, or energetic body.
From there, I draw from my knowledge base and a range of modalities that I'm certified in, including trauma-informed coaching, Spinal Flow, Spinal Energetics, Reiki, and more, weaving them together based on what your system is ready for. We may also explore belief patterns, posture, and nervous system responses through gentle physical assessment and body-based tracking.
Whether you're seeking relief from physical discomfort, emotional processing, nervous system regulation, or deeper clarity, we work together to meet your body where it’s at, and create a tailored plan that supports real, sustainable change.
Am I able to do one-off sessions?
Your first session will always be a new client session, where we take time to understand what you're seeking, what’s showing up in your system, and how I can best support you. There's space in that session to begin a customised treatment, something tailored to meet your body and nervous system where they’re at, and to lay the groundwork for meaningful, lasting change.
This initial session is also a chance for us to feel into whether the work resonates for you. It's important that it feels like a good fit, not just intellectually, but somatically. From there, we can explore whether one off sessions feel aligned or if a series might offer deeper support over time.
Who is this work best suited for?
This work tends to resonate with people who are curious about personal growth, whether they’re drawn to bodywork, processing deeper emotional patterns, or simply feeling more connected to themselves.
Some come with physical pain, tension, or stress that hasn’t shifted through other approaches. Others are navigating anxiety, trauma, or ongoing patterns that feel hard to name. You don’t need to have a specific diagnosis or goal, just a willingness to explore.
