Attuned psychosomatic approach that weaves bodywork and nervous system support with presence. What we meet with care, the body can unwind.
Come home to your body
& feel yourself fully, again.
Every part of you is welcome here
In this work, I approach the body as an integrated whole - physical, emotional, energetic, and ancestral. The physical symptoms that arise in our bodies can be from accidents, but are often not random. They're wise signals rooted in deeper patterns; old protections, inherited experiences, and unmet needs from earlier in life until now.
We are all shaped by what we’ve lived through, and healing doesn’t ask us to reject those parts, but to meet them with compassion. My invitation is to gently uncover the healing potential that already lives within you. Not to fix or force, but to reconnect and remember. This is a space held in unconditional care, without judgment or expectation. A space where love is patient, love is kind.

Science & somatic wisdom aren't separate
I’m endlessly curious about how the body holds our stories. Sometimes in whispers, sometimes in weight. With a background in neuroscience and psychology at University of Toronto and trauma informed coaching, I aim to bridge the two worlds - bringing together evidence-informed understanding of the nervous system with body-based practices.
Rather than abstract theory or quick fixes, it’s about staying in the body. We work with the brain, spine, nervous system and biofield to gently explore what’s stored there, creating space for real integration. When we combine science with presence, healing becomes not just something we understand, but something we can feel.
The techniques I work such as Spinal Flow and other somatic practices have effectively supported people with their healing journey across a wide range of conditions including:
Postural & structural issues
Shoulder pain
Neck pain
Fibromyalgia
Chronic pain
Headaches
Chronic fatigue
Digestive issues
Reproductive issues
Anxiety
Depression
Benefits

Hi, I'm Hilary
I'm a trauma-informed therapist grounded in somatic, mindfulness and meditation practices. I am here to help what’s already within you arise, so that you can move with more presence, resilience, and experience the freedom of being embodied.
I see being embodied in the everyday as having access to more of ourselves - our boundaries, our emotions, our aliveness. It impacts how we relate, how we make decisions, how we meet stress and how we find safety within. Somatic work invites us to build the capacity to be with life as it unfolds, back to the felt sense of being here: fully, honestly and with compassion.

Through my science background and own healing journey, I was drawn to working mindfully with the body through an interdisciplinary lens. While still in corporate, I trained in Reiki, which opened the door to studying a range of chiropractic and craniosacral-based somatic practices, where I now specialise in supporting somatic and emotional holding patterns.
Recently, my interest has led me to continue studies in psycho-therapeutic approaches like Embodied Processing and Root Cause Therapy, which aims to explore the roots of trauma, anxiety, depression, overwhelm and addiction.

With a foundation in science and shaped by my own healing, I was drawn to the art of working with the body, mindfully, and across disciplines.
My approach is intentional, attuned, and rooted in honouring your body’s communication. Through light yet impactful touch, I create a space that welcomes all of you and meets you exactly where you are.
This work invites you into a fuller experience of yourself – empowering, emotional and deeply human.
